High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series

Goodbye to the time spent worrying about "mud." A new additive for removing mud.

The MT series high water content soil stabilizer is a mud improvement agent that solidifies high water content soil generated at construction sites in a short time, enabling immediate transportation by dump trucks. Traditionally, high water content soil was solidified with cement or lime before being transported, which required a large amount of solidifying agent and a specified curing period to achieve strength. Therefore, we developed the MT series, which can quickly modify mud with a small amount of additive. 【Features】 ■ Can be transported in a short time ■ Excellent ease of use ■ Effective with low additive amounts ■ Does not adhere to heavy machinery ■ Can be used in conjunction with cement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case Study] High-Rise Apartment Building Construction Project

If you want to immediately modify the large amount of high-water-content clay soil generated during excavation work at construction sites and promptly transport it to a waste disposal site, this is a must-see!

This project is an example of constructing a high-rise condominium in an urban area. When excavating to create underground levels, a large amount of high-water-content clay soil containing a lot of groundwater was generated, and its treatment became a challenge. Additionally, there were issues with the dispersion of lime to neighboring areas and the difficulty of long-term chartering of vacuum trucks. Therefore, the environmentally friendly high-water-content clay soil improvement agent 'MT-1' with a low additive amount was adopted, and after improving the soil with this product, it was immediately transported to a soil disposal site. 【Project Overview】 ■ Construction Period: December 2019 ■ Location: Miyagi Prefecture ■ Adopted Product: High-water-content clay soil improvement agent MT-1 ■ Challenge: Treatment of the large amount of high-water-content clay soil generated during excavation ■ Improvement: Immediate transport to the soil disposal site *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Stabilizer MT Series [Construction Case Study] Incineration Ash Transport Work

Attention waste treatment facility personnel: It is now possible to transport wet ash using belt conveyors, which has been difficult until now!

At the waste incineration plant, the wet ash, which is generated after burning paper and grass and then soaked in water, has a light mass and becomes slurry-like, making it difficult to transport on a belt conveyor. Therefore, the high-water-content soil improvement agent 'MT-2' was adopted. By improving the slurry with this product and granulating it, transportation on the belt conveyor became possible, enabling immediate transfer from the container to the final disposal site. Since its initial adoption, it has been continuously used. 【Project Overview】 ■ Construction Period: December 2019~ ■ Application: Transportation of wet ash on a belt conveyor ■ Adopted Product: High-water-content soil improvement agent 'MT-2' ■ Issue: Unable to transport light mass wet ash on a belt conveyor *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Treatment of Water Purification Generated Soil

We will respond to 'I want to clear the sun-dried floor immediately!' This is a case where the MT series high-water-content soil improvement agent was added to the purified water generated soil and immediately transported to the temporary storage area.

This project involves the removal of treated water sludge that has been discharged onto the solar drying bed at the water purification plant. At the same purification plant, due to heavy rain, the turbidity of the dam, which serves as the water source, increased, leading to a rise in the amount of treated water sludge discharged onto the solar drying bed, which risked delaying the processing cycle. Therefore, to promptly remove the treated water sludge from the solar drying bed, a high-water-content mud improvement agent, MT-1, was adopted. After being improved with this product, the sludge was immediately transported to a temporary storage area on-site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Examples] Self-Propelled Soil Improvement Machine

By improving with MT-2, it is now possible to enhance high moisture content clay soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine!

We would like to introduce examples of construction using the high cement content soil improvement agent MT series. This work involves creating improved soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine. Until now, the challenge has been that high moisture content mud could not be processed by the self-propelled soil improvement machine. As a first treatment, we improved the soil with MT-2, which made it suitable for processing by the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Subsequently, the MT-2 improved soil was further treated with quicklime as a secondary process using the self-propelled soil improvement machine. It was also confirmed that adding MT-2 does not affect the strength development of the improved soil. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Urban Mountainous Construction Method

Improved sludge after using the concrete mixer truck with MT-2 and immediate removal!

We would like to introduce a case study of the MT series high cement content soil improvement agent. This project involves the construction of a tunnel in an urban area using the NATM method. The wash water from the ready-mix concrete trucks used on site contained sludge, which needed to be regularly transported off-site. However, the site was narrow, and it was difficult to secure a vacuum truck for an extended period. Therefore, MT-2 was adopted due to its characteristics of low additive amount and immediate transport capability. After improving the mud with this product, it was transported to the designated disposal site via regular 10-ton dump trucks, passing through public roads.
